Hi All,

I am setting up my first website and am new to PHP & MySQL.  I want to allow my website users to be able to enter their first name, last name and email which I want to able to capture and use an autoresponder to send them a free ebook.  It would be an added bonus it I had a mailing list manager with this.

Can anyone point me in the direct of a good script to do this or offer any advice.
