Hello friends,

This is Maneesh. I am new to this forum as well as to the world of PHP. Can anyone help me in installing and configuring the PHP, tomcat server and Mysql database on a windows XP operating system. I have tried what was given in some books but I failed to parse the php files from my server. So please give me a helping hand to do the required.

Any help is appreciated,

      I am siva from china.Thank for your usefull website link.When i instal the appache2 in step4.I selected the first one means from dos mode showing error "<OS 10048>Only one usage of each socket address <protocol/network address/port> is normally permited. : make_sock: could not bind to address 0.0.0:80 no listening sockets available, shutting down unable to open logs Note the errors or messages above, and press the <ESC> key to exit.".
[Tue Oct 16 18:10:19 2007] [error] <OS 2>The system cannot find the file specified. : No installed service named "Apache2". Note the errors or messages above, and press the <ESC> key to exit.
I select the second option means Appache2 installed successfully I am going to start services local in my PC means  i cannot found the Appache services.
Please help me.How to avoid those errors or how to fix those erorrs and how to found the solution for thos problem.I am in new of appache and php.Advance thks to u.
