what to do to copy[triple] a table['land' to 'villas' to 'apts'] in phpmyadmin, not the contains ?

having created your table click on it on the left menu. Then click on "operations" menu item on the top menu. On the page you will find:

Copy table to:

select the database where you want to copy your table, and a new name for it. Select 'data only' and "Go"
